Day 1/60 Day’s Challenge

Today is May 7th, 2024.

Measured my weight, its 81 Kg

I broke my 16-hour intermittent fasting period with a glass of bittergourd juice infused with mint leaves and lemon. Cal 40-50 kcal.

For lunch, I consumed Amul Protein Lassi mixed with blueberries for flavor, along with two slices of bread and two eggs. Cals : 400 kcals

In afternoon snacks I had roasted salted cashews and 1 cup cow milk

Cals : 250 cals

In dinner I had 1 plain dosa with bhindi Bhaja. And then I had my multivitamins and omega 3.

Cals: 300 kcals

Total calorie intake : 1000 kcals
